Identifying Features: Leaves are opposite with 5 deep long-pointed lobes. The leaves have 5 main veins from the base. The bark is light gray with rough scaly ridges.

Trivial Facts: You may have played with their seeds in your youth. The "helicopters" whirl to the ground when thrown into the air.
