About Dana Bioceuticals

Dana Bioceuticals is the brainchild of our founder and president, Karen Bernd, PhD. The company was launched under much fanfare in August of 2001 and currently owns the patents to 9 pharmaceutical and therapeutic products. Dana Bioceuticals' home office is located in the idyllic town of Davidson, North Carolina.

The company is essentially divided into two main branches: Research and Development and Marketing. Dr. Lane Estes and Dr. Joey Ferguson jointly chair the Research and Development branch. Dr. John Kogoy heads Dana's extensive lab network and Andres Marques is head of our ever-growing research team. Max DuBuisson chairs our Marketing branch. Lauran Halpin, Esq. sits as the Executive Director of Field Operations. Dr. Amy Johnston presides as CEO and Jeff Cone was elected in September as this year's Chairman of the Board. Julie Ivins, PhD. and Paul Toran, PhD. share joint control of Advertising and Publicity.
