Striations of the Sarcoplasmic Reticulum

This is what your skeletal muscles look like when they have been labeled with fluorescent antibodies against a sarcoplasmic/ endoplasmic reticulum calcium ATPase (SERCA). Notice the striations (skeletal muscle is striated muscle) and the nuclear envelopes.
