Probability of identities arising randomly are 1 x 10-127, 2 x 10-50, and 2 x 10-39 respectively. The red boxed values remain conserved even when the remainder of the sequence begins to diverge from query sequence. Also note the large number of cysteine residues conserved among all results. |
