Expression Patterns of Saccharomyces' ORFs as revealed through DNA microchip technology.

DNA microchips are used to analyze the level of gene expression under various environmental or stimulus conditions. Then dendograms are generated through clustering based on expression similarities. I used the Expression Connection database on the Saccharomyces' Genome Database to research both ORFs.

Expression data collected on HO. (I have outline the expression of HO because there is “no expression information” for MATA1 on SGD’s Expression Connection).
