• COMMENTS: SpGCF1 binds to the multiple sites of distal, middle and proximal modules. It multimerizes and loops CyIIIa regulatory DNA in vitro. It was proposed that SpGCF1 function is to promote direct communication between the modules (Kirchhamer and Davidson, 1996).
