I am a junior Biology major at Davidson College in Davidson,
NC. I am also attempting to minor in Spanish. I am interested
in all aspects of biology, especially conservation biology. This
summer I performed an independent research project that studied the effects
of habitat fragmentation and urbanization on eastern box turtle biology
in the Davidson area. The results have yet to be quantified, but
once I write my paper, I will add a link to it.
I plan to go to business school after I graduate from Davidson and then on to law school where I hope to be able to use my background in biology to become an environmental lawyer. Perhaps I will take a year off and get back into horseback riding after I graduate from Davidson, but we'll see. Go to my website on Cane Toads if you want to see some of my current work (Fall 2001) for a biology seminar called from Venoms and Toxins to Drugs. |
