Methodology for Functional Genomics
Step 1. Create a microarray of every gene in yeast
genome.

Step 2. Isolate mRNA from yeast grown under two different
conditions; generate labeled cDNA of two different colors.

Step 3. Mix the two probes and incubate with microarray.

Step 4. Wash and detect fluorescence.
Determine which genes are transcribed in each condition....
