• COMMENTS: SpHMG1 is one of the most prominent embryonic proteins which accociate with E1 element of CyIIIb promoter. However the recombinant SpHMG1 protein either produces in bacteria or translated in reticulocyte lysate, did not produce specific in vitro complexes with the E1 element.
