This gene was further examined using MacDNAsis software. This includes: a translation of the Gallus gallus gene into the protein and a molecular weight of that protien, a Kyte Doolittle plot, a Hopp and Woods plot, a Chou, Fasman, Rose prediction of secondary sttructure, a Multiple amino acid alignment of the five species above, and phylogenetic tree for those species and their Mitochondrial Creatine Kinase protein.
